MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WPDE) — Myrtle Beach Police Dept. was made aware of a photograph of a vulgar message written in the sand on the beach, according to a Facebook post from the department.
The incident was reported around 9 a.m. Monday and by the time officers arrived, the message had been washed away by the incoming tide.
The Executive Director for The Iranian Americans for Liberty, Bryan E. Leib, said he was notified by a Jewish family in the community about the message on the beach.
